Access My RecordsTrue North Imaging is a diagnostic imaging clinic that specializes in obstetrical ultrasound, gynaecological and fertility imaging across Toronto, Markham, the GTA and Kitchener-Waterloo region. Imaging services are covered by OHIP for Ontario residents with a valid health card. A medical referral is required to book an appointment.
The clinic requires a referral or requisition form for most imaging services. Patients may self-refer for services offered under the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP), if they meet additional criteria.
Most services are covered under OHIP with a valid Ontario health card. Certain imaging services are uninsured and must be paid out-of-pocket.
True North Imaging will send your results to your referring physician, typically within a week of your test. Your physician may set up an appointment with you to discuss the findings from the exam. For quicker access, you can use PocketHealth to easily view and share your results, often before your follow-up appointment.

In addition to bone mineral density scans, X-rays and regular ultrasounds, True North Imaging provides breast cancer screening for the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP), fertility ultrasounds, high-risk pregnancy ultrasounds and sonohysterography (uterine ultrasounds).
