PocketHealth has partnered with GAM Diagnostic Imaging to provide fast, easy access to your medical imaging records. With this partnership, you can:
PocketHealth provides easy access to view, share and store your medical imaging records from GAM Diagnostic Imaging so you can get involved in your own care.
Access My RecordsA doctor’s referral or requisition is required for most imaging services provided at GAM Diagnostic Imaging, with the exception of services offered under the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP), through which eligible patients can self-refer.
Imaging services at GAM are covered under OHIP. In cases where the patient doesn’t have a valid Ontario health card, services can be paid out-of-pocket.
GAM Diagnostic Imaging will send your results to your referring physician, typically within a week of your test. You can also use PocketHealth to access your results quickly, often before your follow-up appointment.
GAM Diagnostic Imaging offers five clinics throughout Brampton, Mississauga and Oakville. Clinic information is listed above under “Location details” to help you find the clinic closest to you.

GAM Diagnostic Imaging clinics offer ultrasound and X-ray services at all of their locations; they also offer self-referred breast screening through the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) for eligible patients .
