You can reset your password easily by visiting www.pocket.health.com/forgotpassword. After entering in the email address linked to your PocketHealth account, a message with instructions on how to set a new password will be automatically sent to your email inbox.
Upgrading my account
To upgrade your account, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and then scroll down to the Subscription section. Choose between our Unlimited and our Core membership.
Renewing my membership
To renew your membership, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and scroll down to the Subscription section and do the following:
1) If your membership has expired, choose between our Unlimited and our Core membership plans.
2) If your Core or Unlimited membership is active, ensure that the Auto Renewal button is toggled on so your membership is renewed at the end of the expiry date.

Canceling my membership
To cancel your account, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and then scroll down to the Subscription section and ensure that the Auto Renewal button is toggled off. This will ensure that your Core or Unlimited membership is not renewed at the end of the expiry date. After canceling your membership, you can continue to request records until your membership expires.
Note: Your existing records will be stored on PocketHealth in full diagnostic quality and you’ll be able to view, share and download these records without an active membership, forever.
