Access My RecordsWELL Health Diagnostic Centres is part of the WELL Health Clinic Network with over 150 locations across Canada, including 40+ diagnostic centres in Ontario. It provides OHIP-covered cardiology, radiology, women’s health, telehealth and sleep diagnostic services—with short wait times, fast report turn-around and the highest standard of patient care.
There are 40+ WELL Health Diagnostic Centres in Ontario, offering many different types of imaging tests and services. You can locate the clinic nearest you by scrolling above to “Location details”.
All WELL Health medical imaging requires a doctor’s referral, with the exception of breast imaging for the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP). Patients who meet OBSP’s eligibility criteria can self-refer.
WELL Health services require appointments, although some clinics may offer X-ray services on a walk-in basis. Check out the “Location details” above to find out the phone number for the clinic closest to you.
The results of your imaging test will be sent to your referring doctor, who will discuss them with you at a follow-up appointment.
If you have PocketHealth, you can access your medical images and report before your follow-up appointment, often as soon as they’re released by the radiologist. PocketHealth also offers tools to help you better understand your results and personalized insights based on your report.
Yes. MyHealth Centre is now part of the WELL Health Clinic network. Operating as WELL Health Diagnostic Centre, it’s the same trusted team with a new name.
All OHIP-covered services require a referral or requisition form. Breast screening services under the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) are available without a referral, assuming eligibility criteria is met. Services offered without a referral must be paid out-of-pocket.
If you have a valid Ontario health card, the majority of services are covered under OHIP. Certain services, including X-rays, can also be paid out-of-pocket without a health card.
WELL Health will send your results to your referring physician, typically within a week of your test. You can also use PocketHealth to easily view and share your results, often before your follow-up appointment.
